1 Day Winelands Tour   Vehicles only

Discover the history and beauty of the Cape Winelands. There’s Cape Dutch architecture, rolling vineyards, mountain ranges and wine. We visit Fairview for a goat’s cheese, olive oil, bread and wine tasting. We then drive to Franschhoek where you can walk down the Main Road from the monument side, meeting at the handmade Belgian chocolate shop. After a chocolate taste sensation we go for lunch at Boschendal, sitting either under the oaks or inside the house near the fireplace.

After lunch, it’s off to Stellenbosch via Tokara for the 2nd tasting. In Stellenbosch, there is an abundance of architecture and history to keep you occupied for a few days. Unfortunately we only have 1-½ hours. Our last vineyard for the day is Waterford for a chocolate and wine tasting. Lastly we stop at Spier at the Cheetah foundation for a view or visit with the cheetahs. We return to Cape Town in the late afternoon.
