Our Cape Town Half Day City Tour starts with a drive up to Signal Hill (or a visit to Table Mountain – weather permitting) for an elevated view of the city and to get your bearings before we travel to the bottom of Cape Town heading up the Heerengracht and stopping at the Castle. We visit the District 6 Museum to get a glimpse of life before the area was demolished.
The route takes us past the Grand parade, City Hall and up to the Company Gardens. Here you get a chance to stretch your legs and walk through the gardens of up Government Avenue passing the Houses of Parliament and the South Africa Art Gallery along the way. Your guide will meet you near the top and take you to the SA Natural History Museum.
We then go to the Bo-Kaap, along Long Street and a browse through Green Market Square. The tour finishes off with a scenic drive out to Blouberg Beach for a view of Table Mountain. You can either be dropped off back at your hotel, the Waterfront or somewhere in town.
